Today, thus far....
Today, I'm working from the office. Thanks Covid-19! I get to work from home most of the time. But today I brought in my lunch, but I still bought something outside of work, since my co-worker was going to the sushi place down the street and I really wanted Edamame. Not the normal Edamame (steamed with salt) but the yummier one that is covered in garlic and spicy chili. Yum. Here's my food so far today...
It's not that different from yesterday. I need more variety. Ugh.

Morning french roast coffee with creamer
I felt good afterwards.
8:00 AM
2 hard boiled eggs
1 banana
I felt good afterwards.
11:00 AM
1 kiwi.
I felt kinda funny afterwards, like a sugar high. Maybe too much fruit.

1 serving of garlic and chili edamame
That was delicious. I don't know if they use butter or oil, but it was very yummy.
It's 2:17 PM, and I'm not really feeling hungry. I do have a salad with chicken that I am going to eat in about 45 minutes, because I am working until 6:00 PM.
But, so far,... I'm not indulging in pizza, hamburgers from Mc Donald's nor candy. Just real food.
And, not hungry. So, this is good.
Okay so I'm editing this post to write what I am eating now, it's not drool worthy. It's just food. It's not fancy or anything.

1 medium kale and spinach salad with Italian dressing, chicken, shredded cheddar cheese (just a bit) and black pepper.

Lots of water to drink all day long. I'm still at work and just working away, just taking a small break to eat and post.
I just microwaved a yellow potato. Maybe it's a white one. I'm not sure. After I am done with my chicken salad, I'm going to enjoy that potato, no salt, no butter, just potato. It will be like a treat.
Yummy.
Did I mention, I am not a picky eater?
I would sure love suggestions though, as I am not a cook and I don't really know how to cook because I never had practice. I don't think I'm a natural at it.
I need easy easy easy recipes. I'll try complicated ones later... but for now, if anyone is reading this... any suggestions, I need quick meals.. real foods... thanks!
